My Story
Hi! I'm Gigi and my mission is to inspire happiness as a lifestyle through personal growth and meaningful connections
My journey
Early days
Grew up in Mexico, in a coastal town, developed a strong sense of curiosity and shaped my problem-solving mindset
Career milestones
I studied engineering and supply chain, and have been working on multiple industries from consumer goods to life sciences, in line and consulting jobs for about 13 years
Life abroad
Living abroad for over a decade (studied in UK and now, official german citizen) introduced me to new cultures and sparked my passion for self-development
Discoveries
Having a sea of interests, I have struggled to find my truest passions but during that process I discovered the power of personal growth, resilience, and helping others achieve happiness through intentional living and nurturing meaningful relationships
Who I am today
At the end of the day, what matters is how you think about yourself and how well you can relate to others. Today I am someone who values my personal and professional life, and cherishes bonding with real people, staying accountable and continuing to grow. I have learned that life isn’t about being adaptable ONLY but taking responsibility for the choices I make, and doing my best every day. If there is a challenge that I cannot deal with, I try to learn and remember tomorrow will be a new day.
Guiding principles
These are my foundational beliefs that guide my actions and relationships: honesty, transparency, healthy lifestyle and responsibility to recognize and heal my own behavioral patterns
Values in action
I continously strive to apply these values in my decision-making processes, always seeking to learn better ways to ensure that all of these values are carried out through sustainable habits
Continous reflection
I regularly reflect on my journey, whether through exercises, meditation, therapy, coaching or other tools. This ongoing evaluation keeps me focused on the meaningful things that drive impact
Real talk
I’m all about growth, but I am far from having it figured it out. I don’t shy away from the messy parts of this process, because, in the end, it’s alla bout doing the best we can, right?
